टेलीकांन्फ्रेंसिंग

यह एक ऐसी प्रणाली है जिसे हिंदी में हम दूर संवाद प्रणाली के नाम से भी जानते हैं। इस प्रणाली की सहायता से दूर स्थानों पर बैठे अलग-अलग व्यक्ति तकनीकी साधनों के माध्यम से परिचर्चा कर सकते हैं एक दूसरे की बात सुन सकते हैं अपनी प्रक्रिया व्यक्त कर सकते हैं, यह  ठीक उसी  प्रकार है जैसे दो व्यक्ति आमने-सामने बैठकर सूचनाओं का आदान प्रदान करते हैं।

इस प्रणाली का विकास अमेरिका में टेलीविजन तथा टेलीफोन पिक्चर फोन के माध्यम से  हुआ। वर्तमान में  हार्डवेयर और सॉफ्टवेयर तकनीकी के विकास से संप्रेषण प्रक्रिया में अत्याधिक  क्रांति आयी है, जिसके परिणाम स्वरुप टेलीकॉन्फ्रेंसिंग का प्रयोग जीवन के सभी क्षेत्रों में बहुत अधिक किया जाने लगा है।

दूरस्थ शिक्षा संस्थाओं के लिए जा एक वरदान साबित हुआ, जिसके चलते शिक्षा संस्थाओं के द्वारा इसका प्रयोग प्रतिदिन किया जा रहा है। इसकी प्रयोग शिक्षा क्षेत्र में लागत में कमी आई एवं शिक्षार्थी की सेवा में अधिक  सुधार हुआ।

कंप्यूटर कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग

ऑडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग- यह टेली कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग का सबसे सरल और प्रचलित रूप है इसमें एक से अधिक टेलीफोनों की आवश्यकता पड़ती है जिसमें दो या  दो से अधिक व्यक्ति आपस में परस्पर संचार स्थापित करते करते हैं, अपने इच्छित विषय पर अपनी अभिव्यक्ति प्रकट करते है।  

वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग‌‍‌‍‌‍‌- यह ऑडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग का ‌ विकसित रूप है जिसमें दो या दो से अधिक व्यक्ति आमने सामने बैठ कर संचार स्थापित करते हैं यह विधि ऑडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग से जादा प्रभावशाली एवं लाभदायक है।

वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के अनेक लाभ है जो निम्नवत हैं-

यह उतना ही लाभकारी साधन है जितना प्रत्यक्ष्य शिक्षण  होता है। 

यह दूर स्थानों  पर फैले हुए। छात्रों के लिए अधिक उपयुक्त है। 

यह विधि दूसरे विधियों से कम खर्चीली है। 

यह विधि एक लचीली प्रणाली है जिसमें आवश्यकता अनुसार संशोधन या परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है।

 इसप्मे तत्काल पृष्ठपोषण देना संभव है

 इस प्रणाली के द्वारा अनुदेशन सामग्री के स्तर में सुधार लाया जा सकता है एवं, उसे उच्च कोटि का बनाया जा 

 सकता है।

कंप्यूटर कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग- यह माध्यम उपरोक्त दोनों विधियों से अधिक प्रभावशाली है इसमें उपयोगकर्ता को किसी विषय वस्तु तथा ग्राफिक्स का संप्रेषण किया जा सकता है उपयोगकर्ता इंटरनेट के द्वारा ग्राफिक्स लिखित संदेश या विषय वस्तु का आदान प्रदान कर सकता है इसमें वह श्रव्य एवं दृश्य दोनों साधनों का एक साथ प्रयोग कर सकता है। इस प्रणाली का एक लाभ यह है कि इसमें व्यक्तियों का एक समय में उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य नहीं होता है क्योंकि अगर आप उपस्थित नहीं भी होते हैं तो आपका संदेश कंप्यूटर के मेलबॉक्स में सुरक्षित हो जाता है जिसको आप बाद में उपयोग कर सकते हैं।

Video Conferencing - This is an advanced form of audio conferencing in which two or more people sit face-to-face and establish communication. This method is more effective and profitable than audio conferencing.

There are many benefits of video conferencing which are as follows-

Computer Conferencing – This medium is more effective than the above two methods, in this the user can communicate any content and graphics, and the user can exchange graphics, written messages, or content through the Internet, in this he can use both audio and visual means. can be used together. One advantage of this system is that it is not mandatory for the persons to be present at the same time because even if you are not present, your message gets saved in the mailbox of the computer which you can access later.
